- Skill in installing keystone, patch panel, tracking and duct
- Mastery in identifying hardware and software problems of clients and solving problems (HelpDesk)
- The ability to diagnose and solve hardware and software problems in the network
- Familiar with network topics (+Network)
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and user network problems up to the patch panel
- Sufficient skill and experience in setting up and troubleshooting office machines (printers and scanners)
- Installation and setup of the system for new users
- Ability to work in a team
- Organized, committed and responsible
- Ability to document

- Proficient in CCIE Enterprise
- Work history related to OSPF & EIGRP
- Work experience in Enterprise networks
- Familiar with MPLS and WAN networks
- Experience working with Firepower, FortiGate
- Experience working with BGP
- Familiar with VxLAN
- Familiar with SDN

- Familiarity with NIST 800-61 or SANS SEC 401
- Familiarity with SANS 504 or CEH
- Proficient in Cisco CCNA
- Log analysis ability

- Familiarity with SANS SEC 560, SANS SEC 542
- Familiarity with SANS SEC 503
- Proficient in Cisco CCNA
- Proficient in SANS 504 or CEH

- Proficient in EMC Unity, VNX series
