Warranty conditions

Please take care in maintaining your warranty card. Presentation of it is mandatory to receive warranty services.
To use warranty services, presentation of the warranty card is required. A warranty card without the seller’s stamp, signature, hologram, purchase date, validity period, and product specifications or serial number is invalid.
The warranty only covers the main device and does not include other connected devices, peripheral components, or consumables.
If repair of the device during the warranty period is not possible, the defective device will be replaced with a similar working device, and any difference in price will be charged/paid.
Use of warranty services is subject to inspection and defect determination by the company’s technical service center and will only cover the main device (excluding adapters, cables, etc.).
The transfer of the defective device to the service center and its return is the responsibility of the buyer. Please use complete product packaging and a suitable box for sending the devices.

Tampering with the warranty label, removal of the device’s serial number, or failure to present the warranty card.
Tampering with or repair of the product by unauthorized individuals or services.
Damage or defects caused by natural or unforeseen disasters (force majeure).
Use in inappropriate environmental conditions such as moisture, heat, or dust, and also use under conditions outside the standards stated in the user manual.
Defects caused by connection with unsuitable or faulty equipment that results in device failure.
Use of incompatible accessories or spare parts with the device.
System upgrades by individuals or centers other than the experts of the DataWorx Group.
Operation in abnormal space or temperature, any breakage, scratches, deformation, rust, burning, liquid intrusion, chemical materials, power fluctuations, or lack of grounding.
Defects due to physical impact, handling, or misuse.
Mandatory use of grounding.
Tampering or repairs by unauthorized individuals.
